Losing my father-in-law so suddenly was very traumatic. George made the whole process of planning his funeral a very smooth and painless experience. He took the time to visit us in person and offer his condolences. He kindly helped us every step of the way from getting in touch with the funeral home to preparing the obituary and photos. He provided guidance and input based on his experience and offered various options never making us feel pressured into anything. He is very professional. Words cannot truly describe the customer service and craftsmanship that George displayed while working with me on a custom program creation for our young family member. He was sweet and compassionate. Communication was continuous and easy. The attention to detail was amazing. Besides the program he custom a bookmark with an idea that I didn’t even think of but loved!!! The pricing was very reasonable especially for the time and effort that was put into our request.
